“Do the Dip”….. Our versatile blends
work well as dips
Low fat version: Combine 1 cup of low fat or
non-fat plain yogurt with 1 Tbs of mix.
Refrigerate, allowing flavors to blend for at least 1
half hour. Enjoy on celery or wrapped in endive
for a quick snack. Adjust seasonings according to your tastes.
Party Version: Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise,
1/2 cup sour cream with 1 Tbs of mix and proceed as above.
Flavorful Salad Toppers
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp on your tossed salad. Top off
with a drizzle of sunflower, olive, or walnut oil.
Add your favorite nuts for an extra crunch.
For a creamy salad dressing– try adding a 1/4 cup of
plain yogurt to 1/2 Tbs of mix.
“ Spread it on”
Try as a spread – by mixing 1 Tbs of mix with
4 oz. cream cheese, hummus or goat cheese.
Try this tempting recipe
Avocado Dip :
1 ripe avocado (peeled and cubed)
1 hard boiled egg
Clove of garlic minced
1 Tbs of chopped onion
1 Tbs of Hot Chili Cabin Mix
Juice of lime
Combine the above ingredients in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Serve in a bowl with your favorite crackers.
Pit of Avocado may be placed in the center of dip
to help dip retain color.
